Horn Lake Water Association works around the clock to provide top quality water to every customer. We ask that all our customers help us protect our water sources which are the heart of our community, our way of life and our children’s future.

  • Please see the Forms and Reports tab for a quick option in starting, ending, or landlord account forms.
  • You can come by or call to set up new service. We accept cash, check, money order and credit or debit cards for new service.
  • Deposits for new service are $55 for owners, $85 for renters and $120 for commercial.
  • If you cannot come into the office to set up a new service, you may call us and use a credit card. There is a service charge for using credit cards. We require deposits to be paid in full before turning on service.
